Structuring Operations

In recent years, we have structured complex investment transactions. An example of such a transaction is a hotel operation involving the following stakeholders: the owner of the land on which a hotel is to be built; a hotel operator that will pay a rent when the hotel is built, providing the necessary guarantees to develop the project, based on a long-term contract; a construction company that will build the hotel according to the hotel operator’s requirements plan; an investor/funder who will provide the necessary financing to build the hotel; and a real estate investor who will acquire and operate the hotel on a turnkey basis.

We are currently advising on how to structure projects in Spain, Portugal, North Africa and the Caribbean.
